In 2010, Dan “Leo” Cubangay started in college radio and then on-air via FM radio with Mellow 94.7 until 2019, writing, producing, and hosting his own shows.

He also has diverse experiences as a copywriter, marketing practitioner, and instructional designer - all bolstering his drive for talent development.

Which allowed him to establish The Madrigal Project, a pro-bono course for aspiring esports talents in the Philippines, dedicated to his family.

The success of which led to him spearheading the Mobile Legends Professional League Philippines’ Caster Search program.

In his free time, Leo is an avid fan of tabletop gaming, a frustrated musician, and full-time cat dad of two - Cups and Castle.
